甜菜苗期叶片某些生理指标的研究

本文对甜菜苗期叶片干物率、比叶重、过氧化物酶(POD)活性进行了研究。结果表明:(1)14叶龄前叶片干物率以抗褐斑病、高糖偏丰产材料为高,8叶龄前干物率增加幅度大于对照;干物率高的品系抗褐斑病性强、高糖且丰产。(2)比叶重的变化趋势与干物率相似,在8叶龄期、14叶龄期的比叶重都高于对照,与对照的差异均达显著和极显著水准。(3)2叶龄POD活性与品种抗病性、含糖率相关。说明在甜菜苗期对叶片干物率、比叶重及POD活性进行选择是有效的。这些特性可作为品种选择的参考指标。 In this paper, the leaf dry weight, specific leaf weight and peroxidase (POD) activity of beet were studied. The results showed that: (1) The leaf dry matter rate of 14 leaf ancestors was higher than that of the control for leaf spot resistance and hyperglycemia, and the increase rate of dry matter rate before 8 leaves was higher than that of the control. High sugar and high yield. (2) The trend of specific leaf weight was similar to that of dry matter. The specific leaf weight of 14-leaf stage was higher than that of control at 8-leaf stage, and the difference with control was significant and extremely significant. (3) The activity of 2-leaf POD was related to disease resistance and sugar content of varieties. This indicated that it is effective to select leaf dry matter ratio, specific leaf weight and POD activity in beet seedling stage. These characteristics can be used as a reference for variety selection.
