应用反相高效液相色谱法，以水（１％醋酸）－乙腈－甲醇（７０∶０．６∶３０）为流动相，测定了止痛药膜中阿魏酸的含量。其保留时间为１５．３０ｍｉｎ，平均加样回收率为１００．１３％，ＲＳＤ为１．０１％。
The content of ferulic acid in the analgesic membrane was determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography with water (1% acetic acid) -acetonitrile-methanol (70: 0.6: 30) as mobile phase. The retention time was 15.30min, the average recovery was 100.13%, RSD was 1.01%.
