采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,对辽宁山楂(Crataegus.SanguieaPal.)矮生型和普通型9个株系的叶片、枝皮和根皮过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶进行了测定。结果表明,不同器官的POD同工酶矮生型和普通型虽有共同酶带,但矮生型还具有自身特异性酶带;同龄树POD同工酶活性矮生型高于或显著高于普通型。
Peroxidase (POD) isozymes in leaves, barks and barks of 9 dwarfing and common types of Crataegus anguieaPal. Were determined by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that although there were common bands between the short and the normal POD isozymes in different organs, the dwarf type also had its own specific enzyme band. The POD isozymes of the same age trees were either higher or higher normal type.
