2008年上半年，面对哈萨克斯坦不断紧缩的经济环境，中国企业另辟蹊径，在巩固哈国市场的同时，全力进军俄罗斯市场。笔者获悉，从今年开始，新疆众多外贸企业，如乌鲁木齐国家高新区的新疆野马经贸有限公司、徐工集团新疆分公司、新疆东风汽车公司等都展开了与俄罗斯的经贸合作，以进一步拓展俄罗斯市场。
