A study published by the Chinese University of Hong Kong found that the risk of breast cancer in women is closely related to their eating habits. Eating at night can increase the risk of breast cancer. This study defines “eating at night” as: eating more than one year and at least once per week after 20:00. According to Xie Liya, an associate professor of public health and primary health care at Jockey Club Jockey Club, School of Medicine, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, women who eat from 20:00 to 24:00 are at increased risk of breast cancer by 80%.
