本文指出了鞍钢重轨底裂缺陷影响企业经济效益的严重性。本文从冶炼到轧钢较系统地介绍了钢坯装炉温度状态、环境温度变化、碳锰含量对重轨底裂缺陷的影响规律。根据各方面关于重轨底裂缺陷的试验结果,综合分析了重轨底裂缺陷的成因,并指出违成此种缺陷的先天性因素及影响此种缺陷的后天性因素。在分析研究重轨底裂缺陷的基础上,提出了消除缺陷的长远、近期的工艺技术途径。
This paper points out the seriousness of the enterprise’s economic benefits that the Anshan heavy rail undercut cracking affects. This article from smelting to rolling more systematic introduction of billet furnace temperature status, ambient temperature changes, carbon and manganese content of rail defects on the impact of heavy rail rupture. According to the test results of heavy rail underfloor deformities in all respects, the causes of heavy rail underfloor cracking were analyzed synthetically. The congenital factors that violated such defects and the acquired factors were also pointed out. Based on the analysis of the defects of the heavy rail underfloor cracking, the long-term and short-term technological approaches to eliminate the defects are put forward.
