State-owned enterprises (hereinafter referred to as “state-owned enterprises”) are the pillars of China’s national economy and the basis for achieving long-term peace and stability in the country and maintaining social stability. The success of the “state-owned enterprise” reform has also become an important symbol of the success or failure of China’s economic system reform. For this reason, the government has adopted several policies to increase the “state-owned enterprise” reforms.
