苏木素一伊红(H.E)组织块染色法是以苏木素染细胞核、伊红染细胞质,显示细胞和组织结构的染色法。本法适宜制作教学切片,因其操作掌握比较困难,染色耗时长,被选用的组织材料是否符合要求事先没有把握,以致未能普遍采用。从1975年起,对人体组织、器官包括感觉器眼球、内耳以及人胚等数十种组织进行了块染法实验,我们认为只要掌握住三个环节,可以很快学会,便于推广。
The hematoxylin-eosin (H.E.) tissue block staining method is based on hematoxylin staining of the nucleus, eosin stained cytoplasm, staining of cells and tissue structure.
