在经济全球化的大背景下,我国经济体制在发展过程中逐渐向市场经济转变,并且不断的改革和完善中。其中,建筑行业在市场经济中下获得了不小的成就。在建筑领域,在工程建设中具有举足轻重的地位,尤其是工程项目的建设成本预算的控制。合理控制预算是建设保障顺利的基础。然而,在现实中存在着多种因素的影响,在该项目的实施当中,容易造成项目成本预算和实际成本有一个误差的结果,即使是在施工过程中,预算超支的情况也是时有发生,严重的影响该项目的成本控制,降低项目的利润。本文分析了如何加强项目成本控制和预算管理的措施。
