探索改进泥炭的生物可降解性途径,为实现泥炭资源的高值转化提供可行预处理方法,采用稀硫酸对泥炭进行预处理,DNS法测定泥炭处理液中还原糖的含量,对稀硫酸质量分数、处理温度、处理时间、固液比4个因素进行单因素试验分析,再通过正交试验对预处理条件进行优化。结果表明,最佳预处理条件:处理温度90℃下0.5%质量分数稀硫酸处理80min,最佳固液比为1g∶12mL,在此条件下还原糖含量达到2.23%。稀硫酸预处理泥炭能够降解1.17%纤维素、4.44%半纤维素和9.37%木质素,增加15.49%可溶性物质。稀硫酸预处理为泥炭的生化转化提供了可行的预处理方法。
Explore ways to improve the biodegradability of peat, provide feasible pretreatment methods for high value conversion of peat resources, pretreat peat with dilute sulfuric acid, measure the content of reducing sugar in peat treatment liquid by DNS method, , Treatment temperature, treatment time, solid-liquid ratio of four factors single factor test analysis, and then through orthogonal test to optimize the pretreatment conditions. The results showed that the best pretreatment conditions: the treatment temperature was 90 ℃ 0.5% mass fraction of sulfuric acid treatment 80min, the best solid-liquid ratio of 1g: 12mL, under the conditions of reducing sugar content of 2.23%. Sulfuric acid-pretreated peat was able to degrade 1.17% cellulose, 4.44% hemicellulose and 9.37% lignin with an increase of 15.49% soluble matter. The dilute sulfuric acid pretreatment provides a feasible pretreatment method for biochemical conversion of peat.
