分析了板坯表面横裂纹产生的原因及低合金高强度钢的强化机理,采用合理的工艺优化措施生产出无缺陷铸坯,特别是在控轧控冷前提下,利用细晶强化和相变强化,并结合缓冷工艺实现微合金的后期析出强化,成功开发出AH60微合金高强度钢板,达到设计强度要求。同时,通过合理应用控轧控冷工艺,降低了合金加入量和生产成本。
The reason of transverse crack on slab surface and the strengthening mechanism of low-alloy high-strength steel were analyzed, and the defect-free slab was produced by reasonable technological optimization measures.
