为探讨高渗盐/甘露醇液(HSM)对内毒素诱导小鼠胸腺细胞凋亡的影响,取昆明纯种小白鼠24只平分为三组,即①对照组,腹腔注射生理盐水;②内毒素实验组(LPS组),腹腔注入内毒素;③LPS+HSM组,腹腔注入内毒素前后共注HSM二次。结果示,第三组胸腺细胞凋亡百分率及DNA断裂百分率明显低于第二组(P<0.01);DNA断裂碎片中的琼脂糖凝胶电泳未见典型的梯状带。提示HSM对内毒素诱导的小鼠胸腺细胞凋亡有保护作用;推测HSM可改善免疫功能
To investigate the effect of hypertonic saline / mannitol (HSM) on endotoxin-induced apoptosis of thymocytes in mice, 24 Kunming purebred mice were equally divided into three groups: control group, intraperitoneal injection of saline, Toxin group (LPS group), intraperitoneal injection of endotoxin; ③ LPS + HSM group, before and after intraperitoneal injection of endotoxin HSM twice. The results showed that the percentage of thymocyte apoptosis and percentage of DNA cleavage in the third group was significantly lower than that in the second group (P <0.01). No typical ladder band was found on agarose gel electrophoresis of DNA fragmentation fragments. Tip HSM on endotoxin-induced thymocyte apoptosis in mice protective effect; presumably HSM can improve immune function
