乳腺隐癌最早于1907年由Halsted报道3例,以后陆续虽有个案报道,但为数不多。国内则尚未有报道。乳腺隐癌的发生率Owen及Davidoff等分别报告占乳癌中0.3%与0.8%。由于临床上乳房中未能发现肿块,而在腋窝出现转移癌,因此诊断比较困难。我院曾遇到1例乳腺隐癌,现报道如下: 患者女性,37岁,已婚。1973年12月偶然发现右腋下一包块,有轻压痛,无其它不适,未见明显迅速长大,曾用抗
Hidden breast cancer was first reported by Halsted in 1907. Although there were cases reported one after another, few were reported. There is no report in China yet. The incidence of breast cancer, Owen and Davidoff, respectively accounted for 0.3% and 0.8% of breast cancer. Due to the fact that no lumps are found in the breast and metastasis occurs in the axilla, diagnosis is difficult. In our hospital, we encountered 1 case of breast cancer. The report is as follows: The patient is female, 37 years old, and is married. In December 1973, he accidentally discovered the right mass under a fistula. He had mild tenderness, no other discomfort, and no obvious rapid growth. He had used antibiotics.
