安森美半导体公司日前推出一个具业界最高电压的音频双极晶体管新产品系列。MJL4281A(NPN)和MJL4302A音频输出晶体管提供目前单个晶体管输入信号的最高放大比。这些器件是为配合高端音频应用所需的高功率要求而设计。 MJL4281A(NPN)与MJL4302A(PNP)是15安培、230瓦Power Base~TM功率晶体管,其特点是集电极一发射极持续电压为350V。这些器件具备优异的安全操作区域(SOA),在一秒的集电极电流为1.2安培,电压为100V,输出低失真。由于从100毫安培到5安培线性均匀,器件能提供精确再现输入信号。高增益使输出信号有了更高的放大比。
ON Semiconductor has introduced a series of the industry’s highest voltage audio bipolar transistor new products. The MJL4281A (NPN) and MJL4302A audio output transistors provide the highest amplification ratio currently available for single transistor input signals. These devices are designed to meet the high power requirements of high-end audio applications. The MJL4281A (NPN) and MJL4302A (PNP) are 15-amp, 230-Watt Power Base ™ power transistors featuring a collector-emitter continuous voltage of 350V. These devices have an excellent safe operating area (SOA), the collector current of 1.2 A in one second, the voltage is 100V, the output is low distortion. With linearity from 100 milliamps to 5 amps, the device provides accurate reproduction of the input signal. High gain makes the output signal has a higher amplification ratio.
