一、前言钢铁、重机等工厂中的水压机系统如高压蓄储罐以及输送管道等均采用碳钢或低合金钢为结构材料。据调查,水压机中用于传递能量及冷却循环的介质一般为添加乳化液的清水(自来水),但有些厂因对构件在清水中会发生腐蚀的危害性认识不足,为图方便有时仅用清水作为介质。由于清水存在侵蚀性离子及溶解氧,促使碳钢锈蚀、腐蚀产物还会加速构件的磨损而使壁厚(?)薄,甚至导致管道泄漏,影响设备正常使用。本工作主要是研究用于压力容器钢的35钢在普通自来水中的腐蚀行为及防护途径。
I. The corrosion products also accelerate the wear of the components to make the wall thickness thinner, leading to pipeline leakage and affecting the normal use of the equipment. This work is mainly to study the corrosion behavior of 35 steel used in pressure vessel steel in ordinary tap water and its protection measures.
