能人治厂与“风险厌恶”舒菁:我们这次主要想谈谈经理人员的激励机制问题。最近以来,学界对人力资本的价值和企业法人治理结构,在理论上已经谈得很多了,不过在实际操作中,真正建立有效的激励约束机制,还是有许多困难。现在还是看不到比较成功也比较有效的做法和模式。我们很想请教诸位专家,现在建立激励约束机制的难点究竟在哪里?如果说多数国有企业存在机制上的障碍,不过那些民营企业和自己能说了算的国有企业,主要问题何在呢?
