一、工程概况 湛江港十万吨级航道一期工程 (外航道段 )是一项大型工程，工程内航道按原航线浚深拓宽，外航道开辟龙腾航线，自龙腾航道入口处，经龙腾、南三岛西、石头角至一区港池止，全长 38.73km，其中龙腾航道开挖段长 9.6km。航道设计底宽 140m，内航道底标高－ 12.6
