随着经济的快速发展,我国中小企业的发展也取得了良好的成果。企业的发展离不开人才,对人才的科学利用是企业发展的重要内容之一。如今,越来越多的企业将人力资源规划上升到了战略的高度。本文从人力资源规划实施的现状、人力资源的规划步骤和人力资源规划实施的过程中需要注意的要点三个方面对给予战略的人力资源规划进行了探讨。
With the rapid economic development, the development of SMEs in our country has also achieved good results. The development of enterprises is inseparable from the talent, the scientific use of talent is one of the important aspects of business development. Today, more and more enterprises have raised human resources planning to a strategic level. This article discusses the human resources planning which is given the strategy from the aspects of the current situation of human resource planning, the planning steps of human resources and the points needing attention during the implementation of human resources planning.
