锌为对人体具有重要作用的微量元素之一。糖尿病时的锌代谢变化国外已有若干报道,但测定结果不一。本文测定了不同类型糖尿病患者的血清锌值,并初步探讨了其降低的原因。对象和方法观测的糖尿病患者共50例,均为原发性糖尿病,年龄17—77岁,男性27例,女性23例。按病情轻重共分为三组:1.重型:25例。其空腹血糖均大于250mg%,胰岛素用量大于36单位,其中11例有糖尿病肾病、视网膜病变、高血压、冠心病、神经原性膀胱和腹泻等并发症。2.中间型:20例。其空腹血糖在150—249mg%之间,应用胰岛素者10例,用量每天16—28单位,其余10例仅口服药物加饮食控制。无严重合并症。
Zinc is one of the trace elements that have an important effect on the human body. Changes in zinc metabolism during diabetes have been reported abroad, but the results vary. This article measured the serum zinc value of different types of diabetic patients, and initially discussed the reasons for the decrease. Subjects and methods were observed in 50 patients with diabetes, are primary diabetes, aged 17-77 years, 27 males and 23 females. According to the severity of the disease is divided into three groups: 1. Heavy: 25 cases. The fasting blood glucose were greater than 250mg%, the amount of insulin greater than 36 units, of which 11 cases of diabetic nephropathy, retinopathy, hypertension, coronary heart disease, neurogenic bladder and diarrhea and other complications. 2. Intermediate: 20 cases. The fasting blood glucose in the 150-249mg%, insulin in 10 cases, the amount of 16-28 units a day, and the remaining 10 cases only oral medication plus diet control. No serious complications.
