探讨采用富硒玉米进行补硒的可能性。方法 给喂低硒饲料 6周的大鼠补充富硒玉米或亚硒酸钠硒 6周 ,动态观察大鼠组织硒水平和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 ( Glutathioneperoxidase,GPX)活性的变化。结果 与亚硒酸钠相比 ,富硒玉米同样有增高肾脏、心肌和肝脏硒水平以及心肌 GPX活性的作用 ,而且作用程度相同 ,但对肝脏 GPX活性作用在补硒 6周时却低于亚硒酸钠 ;停止补硒 3周后 ,富硒玉米维持上述各组织的硒水平或 GPX活性的作用与亚硒酸钠相同。结论 富硒玉米增高与维持组织硒水平或 GPX活性的作用与亚硒酸钠基本相似
Discuss the possibility of selenium enrichment using selenium-enriched maize. Methods Selenium-enriched maize and selenium selenium were supplemented for 6 weeks in rats fed selenium-deficient diet for 6 weeks. Selenium levels and glutathioneperoxidase (GPX) activity in rats were dynamically observed. Results Compared with sodium selenite, selenium-enriched maize also had the effect of increasing selenium, myocardial selenium and hepatic hepatic selenium levels and myocardial GPX activity, with the same degree of action.
