瀰漫性血管内凝血可见于多种疾病过程,但肺心病饼发瀰漫性血管内凝血(以下简称DIC)国内文献迄今未见报导。从1972年11月～1973年10月一年内,我们收治的肺心病重度呼吸衰竭患者计22名,在其疾病过程中饼发DIC者3名,其发生率为13.6％。3例均抢救无效死亡(占死亡总例数的27.2％)。可见肺心病饼发DIC并不罕见,
Diffuse intravascular coagulation can be seen in a variety of disease processes, but pulmonary heart disease cake diffuse intravascular coagulation (hereinafter referred to as DIC) domestic literature so far has not been reported. From November 1972 to October 1973, 22 patients with severe respiratory failure of pulmonary heart disease were admitted to our hospital during the year from November 1972 to October 1973, and the incidence of cake-fat DIC was 13.6% during the disease.
