本文对中药款冬花挥发油进行气相色谱一质谱联机分析，用峰面积归一化法进行定量。其色谱图上给出５２个峰，鉴定出１９种化合物，占挥发油总含量的８１．５３％。
In this paper, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry on-line analysis of Volatile Oil of Coltsfoot Coltsfoot was performed, and peak area normalization method was used for quantification. 52 peaks were given on the chromatogram and 19 compounds were identified, accounting for 81.53% of the total volatile oil content.
