鉴於急性心肌梗塞主要合并症的发生和预后与梗塞面积(IS)有关,所以寻找定量监测 IS的实验研究方法为人们所关注。我们用胸前多导联心电图标测定量观察家兔实验性心肌梗塞范围变化,并在方云祥等人观察的基础上又作了单纯手术创伤和心得安治疗等对照观察,观测指标较简单,可适用於基层单位,介绍如下。
