推土机多以土、石方为作业对象,其行走机构多在大负荷、复杂应力和干摩擦的情况下进行工作,磨损特别严重。同时,这些零件大多是铸钢件,外形尺寸较大,修造困难。针对上述情况,我厂发挥自力更生的精神,自制设备,用堆焊的方法修复报废的驱动轮、引导轮和支重轮(以下简称三轮)。经多次试验和改进,使堆焊修复的三轮较新件成本低,而使用寿命却高出50%以上,使用性能良好,有的装机使用4000~5000小时以上。现将三轮的堆焊、机加工和表面淬火工艺分述如下。
Bulldozers mostly use soil and stone as the object of operation, and their running gears work under conditions of heavy load, complex stress and dry friction, and wear is particularly serious. At the same time, most of these parts are steel castings, which are large in size and difficult to repair. In view of the above situation, our factory exerts the spirit of self-reliance, self-made equipment, and repairs the scrapped drive wheels, guide wheels, and support rollers (hereinafter referred to as three wheels) by means of surfacing. After many tests and improvements, the cost of the three new rounds of surfacing repairs is low, while the service life is more than 50% higher. The use performance is good, and some of the installations use 4000 to 5000 hours or more. Three rounds of surfacing, machining and surface hardening processes are described below.
