民族地区农村体育服务体系是以政府为主导、以提供基本而有保障的公共产品为主要任务、以农民分享改革发展成果为基本目标的一系列制度安排。既满足农民日益增长的体育需求,为全民的和终身的体育生活方式提供服务保障;又满足民族地区文化发展的需求,为少数民族体育文化的传承与发展提供新的路径;更是为农民享受基本的体育服务提供了法律、制度保障,成为建设民族地区社会主义新农村与和谐社会的基础条件。
The rural area sports service system in ethnic areas is a series of institutional arrangements with the government taking the lead, providing basic and guaranteed public goods as the main task, and farmers sharing the fruits of reform and development. It not only meets the growing demand of peasants for sports, provides service guarantee for the whole people and lifelong sports lifestyles, but also meets the needs of cultural development in minority areas and provides a new path for the inheritance and development of sports culture of ethnic minorities. Basic sports services have provided legal and institutional guarantees and become the basic conditions for building a new socialist countryside and harmonious society in ethnic areas.
