35例37眼,核硬度为Ⅰ~Ⅱ级16眼,Ⅲ级15眼,Ⅳ级6眼,巩膜隧道切口,原位超声乳化晶体核,超声能量设定60%~80%,超声乳化时间45s~3min45s(平均1min52s),植入5mm×6mm椭圆形人工晶体。结果:30眼(81.1%)原位超声乳化成功,术后1周视力≥0.5和≥1.0分别为73.0%≥和54.1%;术后1~3月随访视力≥0.5和≥1.0者分别为83.8%和70.3%。手术主要并发症为角膜内皮水肿(16.2%)和瞳孔缘损伤。结论:原位超声乳化吸除术联合小切口人工晶体植入术手术时间短,术后散光小,视力恢复快
Thirty-five eyes (37 eyes) with nuclear hardness of grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ, 16 eyes of grade Ⅲ, 15 eyes of grade Ⅲ, 6 eyes of grade Ⅳ, scleral tunnel incision, phacoemulsification crystal nucleus in situ, ultrasound energy setting 60% -80%, phacoemulsification time 45s ~ 3min45s (average 1min52s), implanted 5mm × 6mm oval intraocular lens. Results: 30 eyes (81.1%) were successfully in situ phacoemulsification. Visual acuity ≥0.5 and ≥1.0 at 1 week after operation were 73.0% ≥ and 54.1% respectively. Follow-up was from 1 to 3 months after operation Eyesight≥0.5 and ≥1.0 were 83.8% and 70.3% respectively. The major complications of surgery were corneal endothelial edema (16.2%) and pupil margin damage. Conclusion: In-situ phacoemulsification combined with small-incision IOL implantation has short operative time, small postoperative astigmatism, fast visual recovery
