将６５例高血压患者用超声心动图测得的心肌重量与心电图有关标准进行对照研究。结果表明：６５例患者中４７例的心肌重量超过正常标准，占７２．３％；以Ｒｖ_６：Ｒｖ_５＞０．６０为标准，其敏感性为９１．５％，准确率７５．４％，均明显高于心电图其它诊断标准，而特异性为３３．３％，阳性预测值也较高为７８．２％。表明Ｒｖ_６：Ｒｖ_５＞０．６０可作为一个简单和实用的反映高血压患者心脏结构变化的标准。
65 hypertensive patients with echocardiography measured myocardial weight and ECG-related criteria for controlled study. The results showed that in 65 patients, the myocardial weight of 47 patients exceeded the normal level, accounting for 72.3%. The sensitivity and specificity of Rv_6: Rv_5> 0.60 were 91.5% and 75.4% respectively Significantly higher than the other diagnostic criteria of ECG, while the specificity was 33.3% and the positive predictive value was also higher at 78.2%. This indicates that Rv_6: Rv_5> 0.60 is a simple and practical measure to reflect changes in cardiac structure in hypertensive patients.
