对72例肝硬化患者和30例正常人血浆NO2/NO3水平和门静脉血流量、心率与平均血压进行测定,探讨NO与肝硬化高动力循环之间的关系。结果显示肝硬化代修组和失代佳组血浆NO2/NO3水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05及0.001)。失代偿组血浆NO2/NO3水平与心率呈显著正相关,与平均血压呈负相关(P<0.001),与门静脉血流量呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结果提示肝硬化患者体内NO水平显著增高,NO的过量产生是肝硬化患者血流动力学紊乱的重要原因。
The plasma levels of NO2 / NO3 and portal vein blood flow, heart rate and mean blood pressure were measured in 72 patients with cirrhosis and 30 normal controls to explore the relationship between NO and hyperdynamic circulation of cirrhosis. The results showed that plasma NO2 / NO3 levels were significantly higher in patients with liver cirrhosis and losartan group than those in normal control group (P <0.05 and 0.001). Plasma NO2 / NO3 level in decompensated group was positively correlated with heart rate, negatively correlated with mean blood pressure (P <0.001), and positively correlated with portal vein blood flow (P <0.05). The results suggest that patients with cirrhosis of the NO level was significantly higher, excessive production of NO is an important cause of hemodynamic disorders in patients with cirrhosis.
