本文回顾性分析90例阳性急性颅脑外伤患者的CT表现,认为CT平扫对脑内血肿、急性硬膜外、下血肿定性、定位、定量准确,为临床手术时机、入路均有明确的指导作用。对脑挫裂伤有独到之处。对颅底骨折、凹陷性骨折,外伤后气颅的显示,都有利地指导临床治疗时机和方法,提供急诊手术指针及路途。同时CT复查可以观察疗效,发现迟发性出血,指导临床诊治,使病员得到及时准确的治疗。
