用爱辛兰-醛复红等组化方法对正常及癌前和癌变子宫颈腺体内糖蛋白成分及变化进行了分析。结果表明癌前及癌变宫颈腺体内各种糖蛋白的含量发生了明显变化。这种变化在宫颈癌变早期即可出现,且方法简便易行,认为有助于宫颈癌的早期发现和诊断,并提示这种变化可能与肿瘤发生、发展的生物学行为有关
The glycoprotein composition and changes in the normal and precancerous and cervical cancerous glands were analyzed by the use of acyanine-aldose red and other histochemical methods. The results showed that the contents of various glycoproteins in pre-cancerous and cancerous cervical glands changed significantly. This change can occur early in the cancer of the uterine cervix, and the method is simple and easy. It is considered to be helpful for the early detection and diagnosis of cervical cancer, and suggests that this change may be related to the biological behavior of tumor development and development.
