宫外孕是指发生在子宫体腔外任何部位的妊娠。本院从82年至94年共有34例陈旧性宫外孕患者作为各类妇科肿瘤而收住院,其中有10例患者曾行输卵管结扎术,占29.4％。下面对这10例宫外孕进行分析和讨论。 1 临床资料 1.1 年龄 28岁—42岁,平均36.5岁,均有二次以上妊娠史。 1.2 发病时间 5例发生于输卵管结扎术后10个月—10年;5例发生于10年—12年。 1.3 病史及体征 5 例有停经史。9例患者有腹痛,不规则阴道流血并发现盆腔肿块。3例既往有较严重的痛
