国家教委制定了《关于试行普通高中会考制度的意见》、《关于改革普通高等学校招生考试及录取新生办法的意见》。国家教委要求力争三年内在全国试行高中会考制度。关于会考的《意见》规定:普通高中毕业会考是国家认可的省级考试,是检查评估高中阶段教学质量、考核高中毕业生文化课学习是否合格的一种手段。会考成绩合格、思想品德表现、社会实践、体育成绩均达到标准的学生方可取得毕业证书。
The State Board of Education formulated Opinions on Pilot Common Senior High School Entrance Examination System, Opinions on Reforming Enrollment Examinations and Admission of Freshmen in Colleges and Universities. The State Education Commission has called for the nationwide trial of the high school entrance examination system within three years. The “Opinions” on the examinations stipulate that the ordinary high school graduation exams are state-approved provincial exams and are a means of examining and assessing the quality of teaching in high school and examining whether high school graduates’ cultural studies are eligible. Candidates who pass the exam, students whose ideological and moral performance, social practice and sports scores meet the standards will be allowed to obtain a diploma.
