在初中语文教学中,教师要充分结合初中学生的年龄特点、发展规律和心理特征,善于和敢于运用心理学原理解决初中学生的心理问题,积极引导初中学生的正确行为,促进初中学生全面健康发展。笔者结合多年初中语文教学的实际,就在初中语文教学中如何实施德育教育进行分析探讨,并提出了培养学生坚定的意志,陶冶学生积极的情操,增强学生调节的能力,组织开展丰富的活动,开辟心理沟通的渠道等策略措施与思考。
