采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇和水为流动相,经C18色谱柱分离,在230 nm下同时定量测定30%醚菌·啶酰菌悬浮剂各有效成分含量。结果表明:醚菌酯和啶酰菌胺的线性相关系数分别为0.9999、0.9998,标准偏差分别为0.070、0.095,变异系数分别为0.70%、0.47%,平均回收率分别为99.65%、99.52%。此分析方法分析快速,结果可信度高,适用于农药制剂产品中啶酰菌胺和醚菌酯有效成分的质量分析。
High performance liquid chromatography with methanol and water as the mobile phase, separated by C18 column, simultaneous determination of 230% at 230 nm of the content of the ether-boronic acid bacterial suspension of the active ingredient. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of kresoxim - methyl and boscalid were 0.9999,0.9998, respectively. The standard deviations were 0.070,0.095. The coefficients of variation were 0.70% and 0.47% respectively. The average recoveries were 99.65% and 99.52% respectively. The analytical method is rapid, and the results are highly reliable. It is suitable for the mass analysis of active ingredients of boscalid and chlorothalonil in pesticide products.
