辽河滩海油田是位于辽东湾北部探明储量超亿吨规模的油气田。经过十余年的勘探、试采、开发，摸索出一套海上油田陆地化开采模式。介绍适应辽河滩海油田河口地区水浅、潮差大、冬季海冰严重等海洋环境的全陆式开发工程建设技术及其实践的情况，包括辽河滩海环境条件、已建海堤及平台的结构型式及分析计算、海上施工方法、滩海新区海堤及平台建设方案研究等。
The Liaohe Tanhai Oilfield is an oil and gas field with a proven reserves of over 100 million tons in the northern part of Liaodong Bay.
