目的探讨难治性癫痫患者行迷走神经刺激术术前及术后病人的护理。方法阅读复习文献,对5例难治性癫痫行迷走神经刺激术的患者术前及术后护理、出院后随访进行了阐述。结果术前通过评估患者及家属的文化程度和知识水平,协助医生使患者消除患者及家属的思想顾虑并取得其充分信任及配合;术后重点在于术后并发症的观察及癫痫发作时的保护,出院后指导患者保护切口,定时复诊,配合刺激参数的调节,按时按量服药。结论对患者实施有计划、有目的和连续性的身心护理,病人均可得到良好的恢复并可有效地减少并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate the patients with refractory epilepsy before vagus nerve stimulation surgery and postoperative care. Methods To review the literature, preoperative and postoperative care of 5 patients with refractory epilepsy under vagus nerve stimulation and follow-up after discharge were described. Results Preoperative evaluation of patients and their families by the level of education and knowledge to help doctors to patients with patients and their families to eliminate the ideological concerns and to obtain their full confidence and cooperation; postoperative focus on postoperative complications and protection of seizures , Guide the patient to protect the incision after discharge, regular referral, with the adjustment of stimulation parameters, the amount of medication on time. Conclusions The planned, targeted and continuous physical and mental nursing of patients can be well recovered and the complications can be effectively reduced.
