本文用流式细胞术(FCM)对86例非何杰金氏淋巴瘤(NHL)进行了分析。发现NHL异倍体发生率及S期比率均明显高于正常淋巴组织,且随恶性程度增高异倍体发生率及S期比率上升。S期比率≥18％组两年存活率明显低于<18％组。提示FCM对NHL诊断与预后判断有一定价值。
In this paper, 86 cases of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) were analyzed by flow cytometry (FCM). The incidence of aneuploidy and S phase in NHL were significantly higher than that in normal lymphoid tissue, and the incidence of aneuploidy and S phase increased with the increase of malignant degree. The two-year survival rate was significantly lower than that in the S group (18% or more). Suggesting that FCM has some value in the diagnosis and prognosis of NHL.
