南京师范大学生命科学学院和江苏省农业科学院植物保护研究所科研人员以西瓜枯萎病菌为靶标菌,通过平板对峙法和生长速率法从355株根围细菌及植物内生细菌中筛选出7株活菌或胞外代谢产物拮抗作用强的细菌,采用盆栽试验和田间试验,研究了其对西瓜枯萎病的防治效果。盆栽试验表明,这7株强拮抗细菌对西瓜枯萎病都有一定的防治效果,其中菌株Jaas ed1、Jaas ed2、Jaas ed3对西瓜枯萎病的防治效果优于化学药剂百菌清,防效分别为75.1%、
