为了明确夫妻长期共同生活是否会有增加HCV感染的危险,作者对154例慢性丙型肝炎患者(包括以前报道的84例)的配偶进行了抗-HCV、HCV RNA的测定,并鉴定了其HCV基因型别。
In order to determine whether the long-term co-existence of husband and wife would increase the risk of HCV infection, the authors tested the anti-HCV, HCV RNA of 154 spouses of chronic hepatitis C patients (including 84 previously reported cases) and identified their HCV Genotypes.
