关键词解读2016年11月,教育部等九部门印发《关于防治中小学生欺凌和暴力的指导意见》。《意见》指出:要积极预防学生欺凌和暴力;依法依规处置学生欺凌和暴力事件,保护遭受欺凌和暴力学生身心安全,强化教育惩戒威慑作用,并实施科学有效的追踪辅导;要加强部门统筹协调,形成政府统一领导、相关部门齐抓共管、学校家庭社会三位一体的工作合力,依法落实家长监护责任,加强平安文明校园建设,提高学校治理水平,推进依法依规治校,建设无欺凌和暴力的平安文明校园,切实形成防治学生欺凌和暴力的工作合力。
