随着我国对基础设施的投入加大,近些年来我国高速公路虽然取得了飞速发展,同时也出现了管理滞后的现象,特别是在财务管理方面。本文针对当前我国高速公路存在的现状,进行了多角度、多方位的探讨。在具体的政治经济社会大环境下,特别是国家“四万亿”财政投资和“一带一路”大的投资环境下,分析目前我国在高速公路建设方面的现状和建设方面存在的问题,就高速公路管理体制改革的原则、及具体策略进行了分析,以期对我国政府投资对高速公路将会产生的各种影响进行了深入的剖析。
With the increase of investment in infrastructure in our country, despite the rapid development of the expressway in our country in recent years, there has also been a phenomenon of lagging management, especially in terms of financial management. This article aims at the present situation of expressway in our country and makes a multi-angle and multi-directional discussion. Under the concrete political, economic and social environment, especially the large investment environment of “four trillion yuan” of state finance and “one belt, one road”, this paper analyzes the current situation and the construction of the expressway in our country Problems, the principle of highway management system reform, and specific strategies were analyzed in order to conduct an in-depth analysis of the various effects that our government investment will have on the expressway.
