陕西是我国西北内陆的一个农业大省,农业人口占60％以上经济发展水平落后,全省107个县(市区)中,有67个县为特困和贫困县。1985年以来,陕西省从保障全局、坚持卫生工作重点为大多数人服务的战略高度出发,着眼陕西省情,率先在全国实施了以农村为重点的卫生工作战略转移,努力强化政府行为,不断深化卫生改革,大力加强农村卫生服务体系建设,全省农村卫生持续、稳步、健康发展,为保护广大群众的身体健康,促进陕西农村经济、社会发展作出了积极贡献。 我们在这里发表一组有关陕西农村卫生工作的文章,以飨读者。
Shaanxi is a large agricultural province in the northwest of China. The agricultural population accounts for more than 60% of the economic development level. Among the 107 counties (municipalities) in the province, 67 counties are extremely poor and impoverished. Since 1985, from the perspective of safeguarding the overall situation and adhering to the focus of health work for the majority of people, Shaanxi Province has taken a close look at the situation in Shaanxi Province and has taken the lead in implementing a strategic shift in rural-focused health work across the country, striving to strengthen government actions, and Deepen the health reform and vigorously strengthen the construction of the rural health service system. The rural health in the province has sustained, steady and healthy development.
