本试验拟对大、中、小体型3个品系的健康成年比格犬血清肿瘤标志物AFP、CEA、CA125、CA153、CA199进行检测,用犬肿瘤标志物AFP、CEA、CA125、CA153、CA199 ELISA试剂盒,对97只健康成年大体型比格犬、228只中体型比格犬、63只小体型比格犬的血清进行相关肿瘤标志物浓度测定,为比格犬肿瘤模型筛选提供参考。试验结果表明,小体型比格犬血清中AFP、CA125、CA153、CEA的浓度明显低于其他两个品系犬(P<0.05);而CA199的浓度明显高于中体型比格犬(P<0.05)。大体型比格犬血清中AFP、CEA、CA125、CA153的浓度最高,小体型比格犬血清中CA199最高,推测认为大体型比格犬患消化系统和生殖系统肿瘤的风险较高,小体型比格犬患腺癌的风险较高。
In this study, the serum tumor markers AFP, CEA, CA125, CA153 and CA199 in healthy adult beagle dogs of three strains of large, medium and small body were tested. The tumor markers AFP, CEA, CA125, CA153, CA199 Kit, 97 healthy adult beagle dogs, 228 beagle dogs, beagle dogs, 63 beagle dogs serum concentrations of relevant markers for the beagle dog tumor model screening reference. The results showed that the concentrations of AFP, CA125, CA153 and CEA in the body of beagle beagle dogs were significantly lower than those in the other two breeds (P <0.05), while the concentrations of CA199 in beagle dogs were significantly higher than those in beagles ). The concentration of AFP, CEA, CA125 and CA153 in the bulk beagle dogs was the highest, while the CA199 in the small beagle dogs was the highest, suggesting that the large beagle dogs had a higher risk of digestive and reproductive system tumors. Dogs have a higher risk of developing adenocarcinoma.
