目的:研究卒中后抑郁(PSD)患者外周血单核细胞(PBMC)趋化因子受体1(CX3CR1)、锌指蛋白A20表达及甲状腺功能的变化。方法:PSD组为46例PSD患者,对照组为50例同期住院的老年缺血性卒中患者。入院后d 14分别检测两组患者的外周血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺素(TSH)浓度及PBMC CX3CR1和锌指蛋白A20表达的变化。结果:对照组外周血清FT3和TSH浓度较PSD组显著升高,差异有统计学显著性(P<0.05);PSD组外周血清FT4浓度和PBMCCX3CR1表达较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学显著性(P<0.05)。PSD组汉密尔顿(HAMD)评分与FT4浓度和PBMC CX3CR1表达成显著正相关(P<0.05),与FT3及TSH浓度成显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论:外周血清FT3,FT4,TSH浓度及PBMC CX3CR1表达与PSD关系密切,可能是老年PSD患者重要的分子标志物。
Objective: To investigate the expression of CX3CR1, zinc finger protein A20 and thyroid function in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) in patients with post-stroke depression (PSD). Methods: PSD patients were 46 cases of PSD patients, the control group was 50 cases of hospitalized elderly patients with ischemic stroke. The levels of free triiodothyronine (FT3), free thyroxine (TS4), thyrotropin (TSH), and the expressions of CX3CR1 and zinc finger protein A20 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were detected at d14 after admission. Results: The concentrations of FT3 and TSH in the peripheral blood of the control group were significantly higher than those of the PSD group (P <0.05). The levels of FT4 and the expression of PBMCCX3CR1 in the peripheral blood of the PSD group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between HAMD scores of FT4 and FT4 concentration and expression of PBMC CX3CR1 in PSD group (P <0.05), but negatively correlated with FT3 and TSH concentrations (P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression of FT3, FT4 and TSH in peripheral blood and the expression of CX3CR1 in PBMC are closely related to PSD, which may be an important molecular marker in senile PSD patients.
