铁路电务安全工作强调以执行为主,即执行总公司安全规定、路局运输安全及相关专业管理规定,针对电务自身安全管理方面的规定一直较为零散,缺乏统一和规范的要求。结合总公司和路局进行安全管理规范化工作的相关要求,结合电务特点,提出构建电务安全管理体系的一些设想和建议。
Railway security emphasizes the implementation of security-oriented work, that is, the implementation of corporate safety regulations, road transport safety and related professional management requirements for the security of their own power management regulations have been fragmented, the lack of uniform and standardized requirements. Combined with the related requirements of the standardization work of safety management by head office and road bureau, some tentative ideas and suggestions on constructing the electricity safety management system are put forward according to the characteristics of electricity service.
