铝合金的二次枝晶间距值是评估铸件力学性能的重要依据。用MAGMASOFT4.4软件模拟了Al Si7Mg合金二次枝晶间距及冷却曲线,并与实测二次枝晶间距及实测冷却曲线进行了对比,分析了模拟结果与实测结果差距的原因,提出了相应的优化调整方案。应用优化方案采用阶梯型试样进行凝固模拟。通过对比二次枝晶间距计算结果,证明计算结果得到了改进。
The secondary dendrite spacing of aluminum alloy is an important basis for evaluating the mechanical properties of castings. The secondary dendritic spacing and cooling curve of Al Si7Mg alloy were simulated with MAGMASOFT4.4 software and compared with the measured secondary dendrite spacing and the measured cooling curve. The reasons for the difference between the simulation results and the measured results were analyzed. Correspondingly, Optimize the adjustment program. The application optimization scheme uses a ladder-type sample for solidification simulation. By comparing the calculation results of secondary dendrite spacing, the calculation results have been proved to be improved.
