实施中层干部考核激励,是国企干部队伍建设的重要内容。针对“如何建立中层干部年度考评机制”问题,作者从考评的一般原则、考评实施、考评结果运用等方面,初步阐述了中层干部年度考评制度建设可采取的一般措施和注意事项。
The implementation of middle-level cadres assessment and encouragement, is an important part of the ranks of state-owned enterprises cadres. In view of the issue of how to establish mid-level cadre annual evaluation system, the author initially expounds the general measures and precautions that can be taken in the construction of mid-level cadre annual evaluation system in terms of the general principles of evaluation, appraisal and implementation, and the application of evaluation results.
