鸡传染性喉气管炎(ILT)是我市近年来一种发病率高、传播快、危害大的暴发性鸡上呼吸道传染病,目前尚无药物可以防治。本课题组针对当前畜禽疫病发生情况,使用哈尔滨兽医研究所提供的种毒,研制出的弱毒疫苗不仅对该病安全有效,产生抗体快,且免疫期长,便于推广。三年来,共研制ILT弱毒疫苗4800余毫升,接受免疫的鸡28.16万只,经跟踪监测,免疫保护率达99～100%,深受用户欢迎,取得了明显的经济效益和社会效益,现将结果报道如下。
Infectious laryngotracheitis (ILT) is a kind of epidemic of upper respiratory tract infectious diseases with high incidence, rapid spread and great harm in our city in recent years. There is no drug to prevent and treat this disease. Our group for the current situation of livestock and poultry diseases, the use of Harbin Institute of Veterinary Medicine to provide the kind of drug, the developed attenuated vaccine is not only safe and effective for the disease, produce antibodies fast, and a long immunization period, easy to promote. In the past three years, a total of 4800ml of ILT attenuated vaccine and 281,600 immunized chickens have been developed. After follow-up and monitoring, the immunoprotection rate reaches 99-100%, which is well received by users and has achieved obvious economic and social benefits. The results are reported below.
