编者的话据世界卫生组织国际药物检测合作中心透露:在中国大陆,不合理用药者约占用药总人数的11%—26%;每年5000多万住院人次中与药物不良反应有关的可达250多万人次,其中死于药物不良反应的有近20万人。药品的安全使用,直接关系到我们的生命安全和身体健康。西药、中药、中成药、保健药品都是应该关注的重点。而近期频发的用药安全事件,再次向我们敲响了警钟——错误的用药意识和习惯让我们承担了更多的健康风险。在这种特殊的背景下,江苏省药师协会通过知识竞赛的形式,以大众传媒为主要载体,整合了江苏电视台、《扬子晚报》、现代快报、《医药保健杂志》、龙虎网等多家媒体的预热宣传,于2009年4月22日—28日举办了主题为“安全用药珍爱健康”的大型宣传周活动,旨在强化人民群众的安全用药意识,提高安全用药水平。本刊将跟踪报道此次宣传活动以及安全用药的科普知识,同时刊登“安全用药知识竞赛题”以及标准答案。
According to the editors of the WHO, the International Drug Testing and Cooperation Center of the World Health Organization revealed that in mainland China, irrational drug users account for about 11% to 26% of the drug population; more than 50 million hospitalizations each year have more than 250 related to adverse drug reactions. Ten thousand people, of which nearly 200,000 died from adverse drug reactions. The safe use of drugs is directly related to our lives and health. Western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, proprietary Chinese medicines, and health care medicines are all important concerns. The recent frequent use of drug safety incidents once again sounded the alarm to us - wrong medication awareness and habits let us take more health risks. In this special context, the Jiangsu Provincial Pharmacists Association has adopted the form of knowledge competition and has adopted the mass media as its main carrier, integrating Jiangsu TV Station, Yangtse Evening News, Modern Express, Medicine and Health Magazine, and Dragon Tiger Network. The media’s warm-up publicity campaign was held on April 22-28, 2009, with a large-scale publicity week with the theme of “safe drug use and cherishing health.” It aims to strengthen people’s awareness of safe drug use and improve the level of safe drug use. The journal will keep track of this campaign and the science of safe drug use. It will also publish the “Safety Drug Knowledge Challenge” and standard answers.
