没有哪一个企业家不重视企业文化,也没有哪一个企业家不感叹企业文化建设难。尽管有的企业将企业文化部列为各部之首,尽管许多企业绞尽脑汁请专家帮助提炼企业精神、核心理念,但仍难以形成企业家理想中的价值观和行为难则。原因何在?本刊以为,在我国国民整体素质处于一个较低水平的今天,企业如不下决心消灭以下九大顽敌,企业文化建设就只能是泛泛之谈。
